Compatible pistols with barrels measuring 5 inches or longer require additional safety-pipe length. The Mag Only product does not include any safety-pipe components.

The rechargeable Smart DryFireMag® for Walther® PDP Mag Only can be used independently for repeated trigger-reset practice without manually cycling the slide between presses. It can also expand an existing compatible Smart Red or IR Laser Training System.
This Mag Only option is intended for customers who want standalone trigger-reset practice or already own compatible Smart laser-system components and want to add another compatible Walther pistol.
When installed and adjusted according to the product instructions, the Smart DryFireMag interacts with the pistol’s trigger mechanism to simulate repeated trigger presses without cycling the firearm’s action.
No laser cartridge or safety-pipe components are required when using the magazine independently. In this configuration, the Smart DryFireMag provides audible and tactile trigger-reset simulation without laser shot feedback.
The included PDP Compact magazine spacer is required when using this Smart DryFireMag with a compatible PDP Compact. Compatible full-size models do not use the spacer. Follow the included product instructions for correct installation.
The Smart DryFireMag ships with a pull weight that closely approximates the firearm’s actual trigger pull weight. Trigger configurations, installed components and individual firearms can vary, so the simulated trigger pull might not feel identical to the live-fire trigger pull of every pistol.
The Smart DryFireMag contains an internal rechargeable lithium battery and includes a USB-C charging cable. Allow approximately 2.25 hours for a full charge, which can provide up to approximately 50,000 trigger presses. Actual battery life can vary with use and storage conditions.
When pairing this magazine with a compatible Smart SureStrike™ Laser Cartridge, keep the protective shrink wrap on the laser-cartridge battery pack during use. Remove the battery pack from the laser cartridge after every training session to reduce battery drain and extend its storage life.
The orange baseplate helps distinguish the Smart DryFireMag from live-fire magazines during dry-fire practice. Always verify that your firearm is unloaded and follow the included product instructions before beginning any dry-fire training session.
