Firearms are dangerous instruments and should be handled only by responsible persons who have completed an appropriate training course in the safe handling and use of firearms. It is your responsibility and legal obligation to handle, load, use, transport, maintain, and store your firearm in a safe manner.
You, the consumer, assume any and all risk associated with the purchase and use of DryFireMag products. Because it has no control over how its products will be used, or who such products will be used by after purchase, DryFireMag disclaims any and all liability for incidental or consequential damages to person(s) and/or property resulting from the use or misuse of any DryFireMag products. You, the consumer, assume all risk of property damage, personal injury, or death claims as a result of your use of DryFireMag products. No liability is expressed or implied for damage or injury as a result of installation or use of any DryFireMag products.
It is your responsibility as the consumer to personally check for DryFireMag product and firearm compatibility. Although DryFireMag makes every effort to construct its products to fit the most current firearm models, manufacturers of firearms constantly update their products. Slight manufacturing changes in a firearm model can affect the proper and safe fit of your firearm and DryFireMag product(s). DryFireMag will not be responsible for such changes or for typographical or other errors which may occur in the ordering or use of DryFireMag products.
In addition, DryFireMag products are designed to fit factory equipped firearms. Do not alter your product in any way. An alteration to your product may result in an unsafe fit for your firearm, possible negligent discharge, &/or other catastrophic failure.
WARNING! It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the DryFireMag product is inspected and maintained regularly. Due to the variety of potential stress and strain placed on the product being completely dependent upon the user’s personal or work-related needs, there can be no specified date to which the user can be recommended to replace the product with a new one. Therefore, the user is responsible to assess and determine whether the product maintains quality and a state of function that matches the described design and operation of the product. If any of the components are unable to function or the user feels that the integrity and use of the product have been compromised, DISCONTINUE USE and contact DryFireMag about the issue.
