Your product is absolutely awesome! Super simple to use I use it with my MantisX system. It’s improved my accuracy dramatically highly recommend this product.
Overall, I am happy with how this device works. There are a couple of issues I had with this product.
1. Following the instructions on installation were not clear on how to get all of the components connected easily. Had to attach the plastic extender on then attach the two pieces to the laser cartridge.
2. While attempting to remove the whole thing from my pistol, had to field strip it so I could remove the laser cartridge and the extensions. When it was installed, took extra care not to over tighten everything.
Would’ve given 5 stars if I hadn’t experienced the above issues.
The Mantis system said that the trigger pulls were too faint to be picked up. This device does not reset the trigger, but rather just provides a click on a dead/uncocked trigger.
I thought this would work in tandem with my Mantis, so I could rapid fire the laser without racking the slide every time. Wasn't clear that it doesn't, but ended up loving it for the ability to mimic my 3.5lb pull of my competition trigger and it's helped me with draw, grip, dry fire target acquisition. Overall, it's grown on me fast!
Tried Adjusting the spring to mimick my Glock 47. Never could really find it. Felt it messed up my trigger pull. Might as well just go the extra step and rack the slide everytime

Great for practicing with the P320 while the controversy unfolds. This is a great tool to use as a reason for someone to not sell their P320 at a great loss. Of course, you can buy a P320 for less than the setup!
I had some trouble getting it to work (being a techy, I don't need to read instructions, :-).
But after following some advice from customer service, it works great. I still need to find out how to get the Mantis device to register the shots consistently.
I use the dry fire mag every day. Partially because it’s so easy to have it sitting out as a reminder so I get consistent reps in throughout the day. Solid product.
Another just in case purchase. Did not know three batteries would be included with the Smart mag and laser cartridge.
Have not had to use them, purchased them for the just in case. Would rather have them and not need them, than need them and have to wait for them.

I have bad habits of releasing my finger from the trigger too far so re-fire takes extra time - and it increases instability of my aim. By being able to focus on those areas during repetitive dry fires, it’s helping me to abolish those bad habits. Dry firing <10 min. per day is making all the difference!
There is something so special about actually training with your specific handgun. This tool allows you to do that, and you could do it just about anywhere and as often as you would like. You save so much in what you would have to pay in ammo. Also, you don't always have to go to the training range , you can train just about anywhere.
Purchased a total of three of these items. Tried the timed program out of the box with two PETs and all I can say is WOW!. They showed how slow I was moving from one to the other. Can't wait to see what happens when I add the third one purchased.
Arrived on 12/1/2025, charged up the magazine, and can't wait to try it! If it works as well as the model for Glocks I'll be happy.
Charged up the magazine per the docs, popped the batteries into the laser cartridge and off to the races! Was instantly informed by the laser dot on the target when the gun was dry fired. Wish this would work in non-striker type pistols. Unfortunately, pistols like the 1911, M9.
The Dry fire smart mag with laser combo with a robust training app makes this a great training tool. I’ve recently used this combo along with the Mantis laser academy app and I can tell that this is definitely a step up from the traditional way of doing dry fire training. It definitely makes dry fire training more interesting and enjoyable.
The mag works like it is supposed to. It is longer than the mags I am used to, but I can make it work. It is just harder to practice concealed carry draw with the longer mag hanging out in the clothes. This is my second Dryfire mag and I will probably buy a few more as the funds become available.
