Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Standard shipments travel by USPS or UPS. A calculated UPS Ground option may also be available at checkout. Expedited shipping may be available; please contact us before placing your order for details.
Once your order has been handed to USPS or UPS, the carrier manages its transit and delivery. Delivery estimates may change, and we cannot guarantee a carrier’s arrival date. Your tracking link will show the latest available updates. You may also contact the carrier directly for delivery details.
If your package is significantly delayed, tracking has stopped updating, or it shows as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us using the form below. We’ll help you determine the next step.
